The photomicrograph below illustrates Diaminido Yellow fluorochrome staining using the short-wavelength visible light NV fluorescence cube. Emission and Excitation spectra of the fluorochrome are provided below (the green spectra). Excitation and barrier filter spectra are included as blue lines in the graph below.
